I was going to give you an indepth review of Transformers. But now I'm not. This reflects the effort that Michael Bay put into his movie.
Why did I go:
Because Whore Pothead and the order of the Penis was sold out.
Comments:
* no character development
* special effects looked cool, the first time
* an hour too long
* some money should have been spent on a scriptwriter
* a bay/spielberg production should be avoided at all costs
* don't even wait for video, if you must watch it-find a torrent
* it's not even good in a b-grade sense
* any ppl who fund movies who read this, go fund some indie stuff - please.

Pity you missed Harry Potter. Saw that on opening night - it was cool. Some ppl found it slightly confusing but they're the idiots who haven't bothered to read some of the best books from the last 100 years.
And yes, I'll be in the queue on Saturday. Expect I'll see J there too....!

You've got to be bloody kidding. The movies are so shite it's not funny. Best books from the last 100 years, I know you are trying to wind me up - but come on. And Radcliffe has some ability acting, some (not a lot), but the other two are so crap it's cringeworthy. I've seen more convincing acting on Shortland Street - and that's utter rubbish. the only reason that redhead guy manages to look scared all the time, is cos the camera shows up how crap his acting is - and he knows it.

I agree that the books are far better than the movies, but no I was not kidding about some of the best books in the last century. However, this movie was much better than the others. The acting from all of them was much more convincing, and particularly the DA and Ministry of Magic scenes were very well handled.
Rant all you like - you won't change my opinion!
